Art in the Park is coming up this Saturday July 28 for anyone staying at the resort this weekend. This art show and sale takes place in nearby Los Olivos, on the grounds of the Coghlan Vineyard tasting room. The show will feature over 30 artists from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., showcasing and selling their paintings, jewelry, ceramics and more.
The Buellton BBQ Bonanza will also take place this Saturday, only a few minutes from Flying Flags. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. there will be delicious BBQ, live music, a chocolate chip cookie baking contest and guests are encouraged to bring a dessert to share at this community event at River View Park.
The Music on the Green series continues next month, with concerts on August 2, 9, 16 and 23 at the New Frontiers Marketplace in Solvang. There will be BBQ, salads, fruit and ice cream available for purchase, and these free concerts start at 5:30 p.m. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and listen to tunes from live and local bands.
