Reservations:

Online reservations require full payment by MC, VS, or DSC at the time of reservation. Your credit card information is secure and encrypted using VeriSign technology.

While we do accept requests for specific sites, they cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to fill site requests based on occupancy, length of stay, reservation date, groups and suitability.

Summer weekends require a 2 night minimum stay for advanced reservations. Major Holiday weekends and Special Events require a 3 nights stay. Refunds for early departure are not available.

Holidays and Special Events:

Cancellations or changes for reservations made over Holiday weekends or Special Events are subject to a non-refundable $75 cancellation fee. Reservations received within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival time will be charged a fee equal to the first night's stay. No-Shows are non-refundable as described below.

All Other Dates:

Cancellations or changes may be made at no charge (or full refund of deposited money) if they are made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival day. Cancellations and changes are only accepted by calling the resort directly at 805-688-3716.

Cancellations received within 72 hours of scheduled arrival, but prior to the day of arrival, will receive a refund of all money deposited, less a cancellation fee of $20.

Cancellations received after the office closes on the day prior to arrival will receive a refund of all money deposited, less a cancellation fee equal to the first night's stay.

Your confirmed reservation will hold your site until 12 noon on the day following your scheduled arrival. At that time (if you have not called to make special arrangements) your reservation may be released without refund. Please call us at 805-688-3716 if your plans change to avoid this situation.
