Flying Flags RV Resort & Campground is located in Buellton, a small city (pop: 5151) sitting “in the shadow of the Santa Rita Hills, an American Viticultural Area known for its world-class grapes” per the tourist website of the Santa Ynez Valley, home to 200 wineries.”
